I am a person who likes challenges. With the experience that I got when i worked at multinational
companies and local government, I learn a lot about how to grow my self. Specifically as developer who can
take part to solve society problem.
At work, I found several conditions that required me to think critically about the problems posed and
put them in an easy-to-understand picture. In this section, my team and I engage in a lot of discussion to
find the most efficient method and approach what the end user expects.
Furthermore, in my assignment as a developer, I continued to execute it into program code according
to the business process. So that the final result can solve the existing problems. Not only at work, I'm always
looking to improve my skills in systems development, so that it can provide solutions for every need.
To support work performance, I also continue to study the latest technology that is specifically needed.
Some of them such as fixing any previous errors, made algorithm improvements, script efficiency and
adjustments to the latest things.
I realized that in order to improve my skills, I had to keep learning and collaborating. I participate in
several social activities and join several organizations or associations. Also I join group of people who go
back to their village hometown to run and educate villagers about local government program. It turned out
to make me more accepting and increase my knowledge. I am very grateful because the knowledge I have
can help others as well as help myself. With that awareness, I continue to strive to increase my potential to
provide the best not only for myself and the company, but also for the people who need it.
